Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Our well established Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager with a background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and a proven track record of managing maintenance activities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the maintenance department, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Utilize the CMMS to track maintenance activities, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage work orders.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, providing technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Train and develop maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, with a strong background in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
Extensive experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
