Remuneration: £Competitive DOE + Excellent benefits package Ideal person Minimum two years' experience preferably in healthcare environment.
Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of maintenance staff.
Full driving licence and access to your own car for travelling as required.
Electrician/Plumbing Certificate (Desirable) Previous experience of undertaking PATs testing (Desirable) Good general knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and regulations.
Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including inspecting buildings, systems, and equipment for issues.
Troubleshoot and repair issues, or schedule repairs when needed.
Ensure the Care Homes are safe and comply with regulations, including fire, smoke, and carbon monoxide systems.
Order and maintain supplies and tools, and monitor inventory.
Ensure facilities and equipment are always kept clean Maintain records of maintenance and repair tasks Delegate tasks to other maintenance team members as and when required Perform general facilities support tasks, such as furniture building and removal, and grounds and site clearance.
