WHAT'S ON OFFER Joining our client's team comes with a range of benefits, including: Full-time / Permanent Employed Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support Salary circa £28,000 depending on experience.

THE ROLE As a Maintenance Joiner, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our portfolio of properties.
Your responsibilities will include: Carpentry: Repairing, installing, and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Fire door repairs: smoke seals, hinge replacements etc.
General Maintenance: Handling minor repairs.
Renovation Projects: Assisting in room upgrades and property improvements.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with our maintenance team to address any issues promptly.
REQUIREMENTS To excel in this role, you should possess: Proven experience as a joiner or carpenter.
Strong maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot and fix various issues.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Relevant certifications or qualifications (preferred, but not required).
