Maintenance Facilities & Property Operative

Who we are looking for A Maintenance Engineer who will work as part of a team to maintain our residential properties on both a reactive and planned basis.

Being an integral part of the Facilities Services function, you will report directly to the Facilities Services Manager.
You will work as part of a small team to maintain our buildings to the highest standards all whilst meeting HSE building compliance legislation.
You will be required to work any five from seven days including weekends and support the department's on-call rota.
Health and Safety experience including COSHH, Risk Assessment and Permits to Work.
Strong IT skills and experience of working with Microsoft Office.
Possession of a current valid driving licence is essential.
Carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks including joinery, painting, decorating, basic plumbing and electrical works to a high standard.
Completing reactive and pre-planned maintenance.
Following HSE building compliance legislation.
