Maintenance Engineer Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire £42,500 + £6500 Callout Allowance + Bonus Days – (8am – 5pm) Mon – Thurs (8am – 3pm) Fri Benefits:
Monday to Friday days role – Early finish on Friday, flexible hoursCompany Bonus scheme based on performance, worth between £3000 - £5000 a year.8% employer pension contribution (2% Employee)We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical bias to work as part of a highly sustainable FMCG environment that supports the local community. As a business we have gone through periods of continued growth since forming back in 2017 and are looking to expand our maintenance division as a result. Your roles and responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing pumps, conveyors, presses, gearboxes, turbines, steam boilers and crushing sites.
You’ll be expected to follow closely the preventative maintenance plan and carry out general inspections.
We have a great mixture of PPMs and reactive maintenance; we have a number of major projects coming up in the next 18 months. Experience Required Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a multi skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical biasSome form of formal qualification, ideally to minimum Level 3 (NVQ/City and Guilds/HNC/D)Prior experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficialGet in touch with Matt Morson at Stirling Warrington to discuss this role or any other maintenance roles in the Warwickshire area.
