Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties: Reactive maintenance of medium &; heavy plant machinery – conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, relays, inverters, fillers, sealers etc..Line improvement tasksFault finding using PLC’sCan read and work from electrical schematicsUse of root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons behind problems and failures, seeking to identify areas for improvement in plant performanceContinually drive towards a PPM cultureMulti-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Required Experience: Electrical qualifications from a recognised body - NVQ level 3, 18th Edition and/or BTEC L3Electrical fault-finding skillsPLC experienceElectrical/mechanical machinery maintenance (PPM’s and reactive)FMCG or heavy industrial machinery experienceExperience in high volume manufacturingContinuous improvement projectsCOMPEX/COMAH environment Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Benefits: Competitive Salary up to £45kPension contributionProgression opportunitiesMulti-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Shifts: Panama shift pattern 2-2-3, day shift and night shift, 7 until 7
