Scope of Position: • Working on a double day shift pattern as a Maintenance Engineer , you will analyze and fault find Mechanical / Electrical breakdowns in a timely Manner , Perform Planned Maintenance to schedule and carry out repairs To CNC, Assembly Machines and Presses.
Key Responsibilities: • Performs duties of a mechanic as required including pneumatic , hydraulic and mechanical systems and tools • Responsible for completion of necessary paperwork including work orders / time sheets / shift handover forms • Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement suggestions on the production line • Fill out parts used forms in tool crib to ensure stock levels remain correct • Perform routine preventive maintenance as required • Responsible for maintaining a clean tidy and organized work area • Complete assigned standard work activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement program • Work in a safe manner at all times • Adopt the Kaizen Principles and concepts • Participate in Kaizen and Gear activities • Follow all Departmental General Procedures as well mas procedures for this position as indicated in the level III Procedure Manual • Follow All General procedures where applicable as indicated in the general procedures section of the level III Procedure Manual • Work in compliance and conform to all current customers and or government standards where applicable (Example: ISO & TS etc.)

Basic Requirements: • Apprentice or company trained Mechanical with Basic electrical skills • Must be able to interact with all levels of employees within a multicultural environment.
• Understanding of IATF16949 requirements and procedures would be an asset.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience in Pneumatics, Hydraulics and mechanical systems Electrical..
Scope of Position: Provide all departments with safe, well maintained equipment, while ensuring quality and the ability to meet production requirements in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities: • Performs all electrical work including repairs on all equipment and machinery as required, including backup to assembly line programs, creating and modifying a line program and die wiring.
• Ensure that all associated lighting and power are in proper working order and meet all codes and company procedures.
• Perform routine testing of all plant equipment.
• Responsible for completion of necessary paperwork.
• Assisting in the implementation of continuous improvement suggestions.
• Ordering parts and following the parts received procedure.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance as required.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean tidy and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement program.
• Work in a safe manner at all times.

Basic Requirements: • Experience as a Licensed Industrial Electrician.
