Maintenance Engineer

Gas Fitter/Plumber (Commercial) Location: Canterbury Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Burman are looking for a qualified Gas fitter/Plumber with commercial gas experience to join our clients Estates team.
This role involves maintaining boiler houses, servicing commercial gas systems, and troubleshooting auxiliary water systems on-site.

Responsibilities: Perform mechanical maintenance and gas system servicing across multipurpose campus buildings.
Independently manage and prioritize your workload to ensure high-quality results.
Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours maintenance support.
What You'll Need: A registered apprenticeship in Plumbing/Mechanical Services or equivalent experience.
City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Plumbing, Gas, or Mechanical Services.
Gas Safe qualifications: CCNI, CENWAT, CKRI, CPA1 (domestic) and COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A (commercial) or willingness to complete training.
Proven experience in a maintenance environment.
