Maintenance Electrician - Aberdeen

Static Maintenance Electrician - Facilities Company - Aberdeen - Up to £42,000 plus excellent benefits  CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a static maintenance electrician to join a leading facilities company on a permanent basis.
This is working on a large static site in Aberdeen and requires the candidate to have pervious commercial maintenance experience.

The ideal candidate will be situated in Aberdeen and hold their 18th ed qualification.
Hours: Shift Pattern : 4 on 4 off (12 hours)  8pm-8am (night shift)  8am - 8pm (day shift) Key responsibilities:  Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.
You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
Providing a high level of customer service Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc) Emergency lighting tests Control panels  PAT testing Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (Training provided)  Maintain and update log books Person specification: Level 3 and  17th or 18th Edition qualified Must be experienced in building services engineering Excellent customer service skills Able to work on own initiative
