Maintenance Coordinator / Account Manager

Streamline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in Basildon for a Maintenance Coordinator/Account Manager .
This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team, handling day-to-day operations, planned maintenance schedules, and reactive requests, all while providing key support to the Help Desk Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Support the smooth daily operation of a help desk, reporting directly to the Help Desk Manager.
Handle client requests via email, phone, and portal systems.
Input and manage calls through the company's CAFM system, assigning tasks to the appropriate trades and suppliers, scheduling appointments, sending purchase orders, and processing permits.
Oversee the planning and execution of both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance schedules, ensuring that all updates are communicated to the relevant account coordinators.
Process supplier updates, gather quotes where necessary, and upload all relevant information to the CAFM system and client portals.
Estimate additional works as required.
Manage the closure of work orders and prepare reports for clients.
Participate in the out-of-hours weekday and weekend rotas, with overtime paid for weekend shifts.
