Planned maintenance – interior and external painting, grouting, silicone sealing Other unplanned repairs Contractor liaison and engagement Key Skills and Experience Basic plumbing skills (repairing and replacing faulty taps, showers, waste pipes, traps and leaking pipework) Basic electrical skills (replacing faulty sockets, switches, lighting equipment, tuning TVs, replacing light bulbs, fault finding) Basic Joinery (replacing faulty handles, hinges, door locks, door closers, ensuring doors and windows open and close smoothly) Basic Painting (Ensure all walls and ceilings and woodwork throughout are kept freshly painted) Compliance (ladder checks, emergency light tests, fire alarm tests) Weekly Utility Readings (Gas, electric, water) Flexible, can-do approach
