We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly and committed maintenance team.
This is a varied and busy role working as part of an established team to support the wellbeing comfort and safety of our patients who suffer with diverse mental health issues You will assist in:Planned and unplanned maintenance both inside and outside of the building Compliance with quality standards and statutory regulationsWorking with contractors on siteMaintenance of the security of the buildings on site,Identification of damage, faults and other issuesRegular internal and external patrols of units and groundsReporting of incidents, vandalism and damage, maintaining accurate records and reporting procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing practical maintenance support or a key interest to develop in this area.
You will have good communication and interpersonal skills, be a great team player and have an awareness of health and safety.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
