In this rewarding role, you will work under the guidance of the Premises and Estates Manager, following a flexible rota system that includes early and afternoon shifts.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of the academies facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for students and staff alike.
Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
Engage in basic DIY maintenance tasks and help troubleshoot basic site issues.
Work collaboratively with a supportive and dynamic site team.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
A knack for problem-solving and a practical approach to DIY tasks.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude!
A sense of humour and a willingness to connect with colleagues.
