Maintenance Assistant

I am currently working with a fantastic organisation in Cambridge who are looking for a Maintenance Assistance to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.
Theyre ideally looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar position, but would be open to the right candidate if they were looking to learn and grow within the team.
Typical duties would include: To maintain the maintenance store and workshop, ensuring stock is kept high and the rooms are well organised.
Keep drains clear from obstructions and pick litter to keep the college grounds clean & tidy.
To report any unsafe conditions or appliances around the college.
To complete job sheets when jobs have been completed.
The successful candidate: A good understanding of Health & Safety regulations Able to cope with a physically demanding job Good communication skills Able to work as part of a large team.
It would be desirable in the successful candidate had previous maintenance or trades experience.
