Job Description – Maintenance Administrators Full time – Monday to Friday with shared cover for the out of hours emergency phone.
Willingness to travel to properties.
Salary - £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.
We're excited to be recruiting for Maintenance Administrators who are passionate about keeping our operations smooth and our properties in top condition.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our planned maintenance activities, coordinating schedules and ensuring compliance across a diverse portfolio of properties.
You'll work closely with both internal teams and external contractors, serving as the main point of contact to keep every property up to our high standards.
What You'll Do: As Maintenance Administrator, you'll plan and oversee scheduled maintenance, manage budgets, and track compliance.
You'll interpret job worksheets to identify any additional needs, liaise with contractors to ensure schedules are maintained, and adjust as necessary.
Your responsibilities include generating compliance reports, maintaining up-to-date records, and administering asset management software.
