We are looking for 3 people on a temporary basis to undertake some data cleansing of our clients records.
You will need a confident telephone manner as you will be approaching existing customers, clarifying information contained is correct and updating information.
The role is expected to last 2 weeks and we are looking for both people to start immediately.
The role as a temporary admin support: Working in our clients office in Stafford, on the technology park.
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (hour unpaid lunch) £11.50- £13.50 per hour depending on experience Agency workers rights apply – you will accrue Holiday pay for the hours you work.
Weekly paid.
Skills you will need to be successful in this role: You must have excellent attention to detail, Great written and verbal communication skills.
IT literate, Microsoft excel and word.
Along with updating the CRM.
The ability to communicate, clearly and effectively over the telephone – around 80% of the work will be telephone based.
You will need to be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a customer focused position and be great a solving problems quickly.
