Mailroom Administrators required on an ongoing temporary basis.
Successful candidates must have previous administrative experience and excellent attention to detail.
This is a fully office based role working Monday to Friday Main duties: * Opening, processing, and distributing high volumes of incoming mail daily * Receiving high volumes of cheques and other payment methods for processing * Accurate data handling and processing within a computerised system * Following work instructions and processes to deliver services to the client * Confident dealing with varied types of paperwork * Manual Handling capabilities Essential Skills: * Excellent attention to detail & experience of coping in fast paced environments * Computer literate If you do not hear from a Consultant within 1 week of your application, then unfortunately on this occasion you have not been successful
