Key Responsibilities Work closely with the team, fostering strong relationships and a supportive environment.
Assist the Line Manager with strategic development to drive growth in the Machinery department.
Increase sales and profitability within the department through innovation and superior customer service.
Uphold high retail standards that reflect the values of the business.
Handle administrative tasks promptly to ensure efficient record-keeping and organization.
Implement streamlined processes to promote consistency and efficiency across the department.
Stay up-to-date on relevant industry regulations and marketplace trends.
Collaborate with the engineer to strategically promote servicing and repairs in the workshop, delivering exceptional customer care.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Machinery Supervisor to play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our client's Machinery department.
The ideal candidate will be technically minded, enthusiastic, and a true team player with a background in retail and a proven commitment to outstanding customer service.
While experience with machinery is beneficial, it is not essential; supervisory experience in retail is a must.

Proven experience in retail, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to handle both strategic planning and daily operations.
Highly organised, with strong administrative skills to maintain efficient processes.
Knowledge or experience in machinery is desirable but not essential.
Adaptable and forward-thinking, with the ability to stay current with market trends and regulations.
