Role- Mechanical Engineer
Type- Permanent
Location- Manchester (Hybrid working is available)
My client is a consultancy within the Building Services industry, UK based and growing.
They are looking for a new Mechanical Engineer to join their expanding team.
The Mechanical Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
~ BSc / BEng in Mechanical Engineering or similar
~5 or more years of industry experience working in similar mechanical focused roles
~ Have previous experience within building services, consultancy work or similar
~ A background within Building Services
~ Willingness to travel for the job if needed
~ Proven ability to drive Engineering development
~ Good mathematical and general engineering knowledge
~ The Mechanical Engineer role will involve:
Perform development activities and find new mechanical solutions
Design Brief & Performance Specifications / Drawings
Working with Mechanical and Electrical Contractors
AutoCAD and Revit Modelling
Project Management
Being responsible for Maintenance Manuals & Building Log Books
