Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.As a Machine Operator, your core working hours will be 36 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Overtime will be paid at a generous overtime premium rate.
The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.Machine Operator Responsibilities:Set up and operate machines according to specifications and instructions.Load and unload material onto various machines, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.Adjust machine settings to control pressure, speed, and abrasive materials for optimal results.Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain desired specifications.Conduct regular inspections of components to ensure adherence to quality standards.Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.Machine Operator Requirements:Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.Understanding of machining principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings.Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and gauges.Attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.If you are a skilled Machine Operator seeking a rewarding role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you immediately.
