Machine Operator - Food Production

Job Description Shifts- Days/Lates 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 There are plenty of exciting progression routes for this role.. Our machine operators once successfully trained, move to grade 2 (normally at around 6 months) where your salary would increase.
From here you can progress to grade 3 and Team Leader roles.

Key Responsibilities: Follow SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) Producing the required product to our high standards Attention to detail when data inputting Maintaining a clean production environment To ensure that the production lines operate efficiently Comply with food safety standards, quality, and legality always.
Qualifications What we are looking for: Good literacy, numeracy skills A reliable, enthusiastic team player.
Good communication skills and an open, honest approach.
Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload.
Experience of working with machinery in manufacturing/on production lines  Display a positive work ethic and 'can do' attitude.
Attention to detail, and flexible in duties.
A proven attendance and timekeeping record.
Desirable  previous experience gained in a factory environment.
