Role Overview As a Machine Learning Scientist, you'll be at the forefront of developing and enhancing algorithms for autonomous manipulation with a strong focus on dexterous control, reinforcement learning, and behavioural cloning.
You will drive research and apply techniques in reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and behavioural cloning for advanced robotic manipulation tasks.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with robots designed for grasping and handling tasks with hands and fingers, bringing their expertise in reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and behavioural cloning to create high-performance autonomous systems.

Responsibilities Develop and implement ML models for robotic manipulation, focusing on grasping and control with hands and fingers.
Drive advancements in reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and behavioural cloning for dexterous tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments to improve robot dexterity and adaptability.
Translate complex ML algorithms into scalable, production-ready solutions on robotic platforms.
Innovate with real-world testing and deployment, applying hands-on knowledge of grasping and manipulation in dynamic, human-like environments.
Requirements Master's degree or higher in Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field.
Demonstrable experience with reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and behavioural cloning.
Proven track record in developing manipulation capabilities for robots, ideally in grasping tasks involving hands and fingers.
Hands-on experience with real-world robotic platforms.
Strong skills in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and automation frameworks.
