Your future role within QRT: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning (ML) Research Engineer to join our team, dedicated to advancing AI and machine learning applications.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our team of ML Research Scientists by providing the technical backbone essential for groundbreaking research.
This role involves managing complex data processes, implementing innovative machine learning frameworks, and ensuring that our research environment is robust and scalable.

Data Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility across diverse sources, including large datasets. Framework and Library Implementation: Customize and implement cutting-edge deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) to enhance model performance. Technical Support: Assist ML Researchers with coding, model tuning, and workflow optimization, creating reusable ML tools. Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison, translating research needs into efficient engineering solutions. Your present skillset: ML Research Support: Proven experience supporting ML scientists with tailored solutions to boost productivity. Data Engineering: Skilled in organizing and managing scalable data solutions. Deep Learning Expertise: Hands-on experience with implementing and optimizing ML frameworks. Advanced Coding: Proficiency in Python and collaborative coding practices. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset for solving technical challenges. Advanced Degree: Master's or Ph.D. in ML or related field. Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure). Database Technologies: Experience would be a plus.
