Are you currently a Machine Build Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader or Engineering Assembly Lead with experience of utilising your skills within a Special Purpose Machine Build Environment?

Benefits Available for a Machine Build Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader or Engineering Assembly Lead Negotiable Base Salary in the Region of £55,000 Flexi Time & Working from Home Options Annual Tax Free Bonus Enhanced Company Pension (with above average employer contribution) Above Average Holiday Entitlement (with the option to buy and sell days) Life Assurance (above market average) Paid Overtime Ongoing Training & Development The Opportunity to join a Well Established and Growing Business where your Input will make a Real Difference Duties of a Machine Build Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader or Engineering Assembly Lead As Special Purpose Machine Build Supervisor you will lead a multi-disciplined team of technicians to ensure each build is completed on time, within budget and that its handed over to the customer with complete satisfaction.
As part of your role you will also be tasked with managing site services, driving 5S and ensuring all statutory regulations are adhered to.
Requirements of a Machine Build Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader or Engineering Assembly Lead Have a proven background in leading an engineering team within a special purpose machine build environment.
Where you have had direct responsibility for plant performance, achieving targets, process development, mentoring staff, setting and monitoring KPIs and managing time critical projects.
Qualified to a HNC standard Mechanically Have climbed the ranks of engineering from an apprentice level (ideally in toolmaking or mechanical fitting) into a position where you have supervised a team.
