As MEP, Sustainability and Digital Engineering experts, the company utilises their Leeds and London offices to win work nationally, servicing key clients throughout the residential, mixed-use, education and leisure sectors.
Succession planning in any business is crucial, looking to the future and ensuring driven, talented performers have the opportunity to shine. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high performing Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join the business as part of the senior management team at Associate, Associate Director or Technical Director level.
This hands-on role will focus predominantly on delivery, working closely with the Regional Director to ensure projects won are delivered to time, quality and cost. A small M&E Design Team is already in place to utilise and grow, with the freedom to develop your own clients.
The successful applicant will be a seasoned deliverer of projects, technically able and willing to get involved in day-to-day M&E services design, whilst motivating a team to achieve great results. It is essential all interested parties quickly buy into this coordinated philosophy.
Applications are invited from HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning) Design Engineers who can demonstrate a successful track record of completing challenging building services projects, maintaining a positive can-do approach across the team and installing a high degree of confidence with customers. A firm understanding and heightened commercial awareness of project delivery would be required to successfully operate at this level.
