Position: M&E Project Director
Location: Central London
Salary: £90,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role:
Our client, a prestigious and growing company in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced M&E Project Director to lead and manage high-value projects.
This senior-level position involves overseeing all aspects of M&E project delivery, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
The role will suit a dynamic leader with extensive experience in the M&E sector, delivering projects across various sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Retail, Public, and Private sectors, with values up to £3 million.

Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the M&E project team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.

Develop and implement project strategies, including risk management and resource allocation.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all projects.

Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Lead project review meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
