We are looking for an Associate level quantity surveying professional with expertise in mechanical and electrical cost consulting to join our global team.

Does this sound like you?
Extensive MEP experience as a quantity surveyor within the engineering services discipline.
Well-rounded experience across the construction cycle with particular pre-contract expertise in cost planning and procurement.
Consulting background within the UK market.
Technically excellent with proven experience working autonomously on large-scale projects with high-value MEP packages.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability and desire to be delivery focused.
Exposure to a wide range of real estate sectors including commercial, hotels, and residential - data centre experience is also an advantage.

Based in our brand new impressive London office, you will be part of an expanding cost consulting team working across a range of real estate sector projects and bids both on a local and global scale.
You will be delivery focused from day one, happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved in pre-contract stages of high-value projects across the real estate sectors with an initial focus on high calibre commercial schemes.
Datacentres is a growing sector for us here in Europe as we look to mirror our huge success in this sector in the US - so the opportunity to work across critical environments in the near future is a high probability.
