M&A Manager

Great opportunity for an experienced M&A Manager to join this acquisitive, global Business Services firm.
Reporting to the Group Head of Corporate Development, you'll be part of a highly competent Corporate Development team, with the remit to originate and manage M&A transactions, as well as the opportunity to work with senior business leaders across the globe.
You will research and evaluate acquisition opportunities both strategically and financially, manage the acquisition process jointly with country and business lines leaders, maintain & develop acquisition operating controls and systems.
Support recruitment and training of junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in M&A, either with a corporate, banking or professional services setting.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to act as a deal lead and work credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders.
The corporate development team are seen as a centre of excellence in the business with previous team members moving into leadership positions in different parts of the business.
Candidate criteria: Excellent M&A technical skills set, including opportunity evaluation, analysis, modelling & valuation, managing DD and deal closing processes Prior experience in managing end to end M&A transactions High degree of numeracy and financial analytical skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills
