M&A Director

I'm looking for M&A Director for one of the leading PE-Backed TMT business based in London.
You will have a wide variety of managerial duties, work closely with the CFO, and actively engage in the negotiation process to support corporate expansion on a European scale.
The Role: You will work directly with the CFO, primarily on UK and European deals.
This is a hands-on role spearheading strategic initiatives, and co-ordinating and leading M&A transactions.
The right candidate will be an able-communicator, comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and our private equity shareholders to drive the growth of the business.
Requirements: Completed degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any other related field 4-6 years of relevant experience working within M&A at a fast-paced and dynamic industry either within IBD, Consulting or other In-house M&A TMT-related role A good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively Detailed knowledge of the individual process steps of the M&A process Strong negotiation and communication skills Due to the number of applications, I can only respond to those successful.
