Working Hours: Monday - Friday (flexible on start and finish times.)
Salary: £50,000 Office & Hybrid working available.
Role Responsibilities: Building and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure we get the best value.
Responsible for a steady supply of recycling materials, working closely with various teams.
Take charge of new account acquisitions, diligently following up on quotes and providing valuable insights.
Keep monitoring the market trends and work closely with different teams to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
Always collaborate with procurement, commercial, and technical teams to identify ways to improve how we operate, helping us become more efficient and competitive.
Ensuring that everything we do follows industry standards, from sourcing materials to working with contractors, keeping us compliant with all regulations Shape the long-term strategy for our recycling and sourcing by contributing insights on market conditions, risks, and future opportunities.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Strong sense in spotting opportunities to deliver cost-effective solutions and drive profitability.
Excel at building strong relationships, whether with suppliers, internal teams, or external stakeholders.
Always stay on top of market trends and conditions, using your knowledge to anticipate changes and adjust strategies.
Also bring this insight into our business, helping us navigate the evolving landscape of asphalt recycling.
Experiences in logistics, procurement, or an adjacent industry.
