We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic LSA to join our team at a school in Quidenham.
In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
You will work closely with individual students, providing them with the additional support they need to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
Work with individual students on specific learning objectives.
Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement to help students build confidence.
Help maintain a calm and organized learning environment.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents/carers, and other members of the school community.
About You You have a genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are patient, understanding, and have a positive attitude.
You are a team player and can work collaboratively with others.
While not essential, experience working in a school environment would be beneficial.
