Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company and they are looking to recruit a Loyalty Support Advisor to join their team on a 12-month contract basis covering maternity leave, to start as soon as possible.
Hours: Mon - Thurs (8:30am-5:00pm) and Friday's (8:30am-3:30pm) What does the Loyalty Support Advisor role involve?
To respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to queries/requests via both inbound telephone and email communication from the installer base across both platforms.
Duties will include: Manage consumer enquiries that come into the business, either via the Website using Find an Installer, Direct Calls/Emails into the business, referrals from Service Team Support on inbound loyalty telephone lines as required Provide an effortless customer journey Build relationships with customers both internally and externally to maximise sales and customer retention Recording all activities within Salesforce Updating lead management data contained within the loyalty platforms Collaboration with the wider Marketing team to ensure effective promotions What will you bring to the Loyalty Support Advisor role?
At least 2 years experience in a customer service environment Experience in outbound calling roles Resilience and patience Skills to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive, confident approach Attention to detail essential Organised, accountable Excellent IT skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why should you apply for the Loyalty Support Advisor role?
