Our Industrials teams are at the cutting edge of global transformative trends affecting industry deeply, such technology shifts, changes in regional supply and demand, or energy availability and energy mix transition. Our projects address key strategic challenges implied for our clients: Where should a global construction business invest to drive fast European growth? What we are looking for: To further strengthen its global and sectoral footprint, L.E.K. Consulting is committed to significantly expanding its market presence in Europe, with a particular focus in Industrials. We are now looking for established, entrepreneurial Consultants and Managers to join the existing team.
L.E.K. intends to reinforce its strong sector positions in the following: Industrial Equipment & Technology, Building & Construction, and Packaging, and are keen to develop a stronger presence in adjacent segments, e.g., Energy, Automotive, and Chemicals. L.E.K. is also keen to explore historically underserved segments such as large Mittelstand businesses.
L.E.K. seeks highly motivated, creative, and entrepreneurial candidates with proven experience, who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, and uncompromising ethics.
Specific skills: Outstanding academic achievement3 - 8+ years of relevant strategy consulting experience in the Industrials sectorAdditional corporate experience in the industrial or Private Equity Industry is also appreciatedStrong communication skills, alongside demonstrated teamwork & leadershipStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills combined with proven expertise in strategy consulting approachesProven experience in mentoring and coaching people in multiple dimensions including analytical skills, project management, client relationship management, and interpersonal skillsNumerically literate, strong Excel skills, and comfortable with data interrogation and reportingStrong project management skills including work planning, presentation development and quality control of analysisFluency in German and English, additional languages are advantageousDon't meet every single requirement here?
