Title: UPVC Carpenter - Maintenance Technician Contract Type: Full Time and Permanent Location: Slough and Berkshire Persona: Mobile (A company vehicle for business use, PDA fuel card, Uniform and PPE and parking paid will all be provided) Salary: £38,550 per annum Closing date for completed applications: 4 th December at 11pm Role profile - Maintenance Technician.doc We are looking for an experienced Multi trader/UPVC operative to work within our Reactive Maintenance Team in and around Slough and Berkshire.
The role will be dealing with all aspects of internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.
Our Multi trade/Carpenters are expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, Splice repairs, General Locksmith, bathroom Sub Floors, Bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits and Other general Maintenance repairs.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to L&Q and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a right first-time service.
Limiting follow on's and increasing satisfaction.
Our in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general.
There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
