What you'll do: Team Management: Oversee team performance, manage and schedule workloads and shift cover, identify training needs, and provide effective leadership.
Support Operational Delivery: Assist the Management Team with service operations and deputise where required.
Conduct Reports and Audits: Undertake incident reports and quality audits.
Drive a Council Vehicle: You'll be on the road with Equipment Delivery Drivers when leading training sessions and undertaking practical assessments.

Working Patterns? The current working hours for this position follow a current pattern of Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm, with a 4pm Friday finish.
