We're seeking a talented Logistics & Supply Chain Recruitment Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth, excellence, and success in the UK market. This is your chance to lead, innovate, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, people-focused industry.
The Role As a Logistics & Supply Chain Recruitment Manager, you'll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top-tier talent to onboarding them into transformative roles. Your focus will be on building relationships with longevity and placing candidates who grow with their roles and clients who trust our expertise. You'll also collaborate closely with the business leaders both in Logixs Search and our group partner, Recruitment Entrepreneur, led by James Caan CBE - to shape the future of Logixs Search as we continue to grow in the UK, as we already have in the US market.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Company and Board Directors to create a UK business development strategy Research and analyse market trends to identify potential clients and business opportunities Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events Create compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs, clearly communicating your value proposition Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements Conduct research and regular meetings to understand clients' goals, challenges, and requirements Regularly update clients on progress, industry trends, and opportunities to enhance the partnership Monitor and improve client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and exceeding expectations Create job adverts and manage postings across multiple platforms Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage selection processes Manage offers, inductions, and onboarding processes Build relationships via LinkedIn and other professional networks Support the Company and Board Directors on key projects to drive business growth About You We're looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment. Having experience in logistics or transport recruitment will set you apart, but we welcome all ambitious recruitment professionals ready to make a difference.
