Logistics Specialist

Logistics Specialist Our client, a leading specialist in marine energy and infrastructure services are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team, based in Great Yarmouth.
This is a full time, permanent position based in Great Yarmouth.
Hours: 37.5 per week (8:30 – 5pm).
Hours can be discussed where required.
A minimum of 3 days office must be completed with the option of working 2 days from home.

You will ensure all customs clearance are in line with logistics and compliance procedures.
Education and Experience: * Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics or similar role.
* Experience within busy environment with fluctuating activity levels.
* Proficient I.T.
skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Able to prioritise work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Meticulous attention to detail with careful and precise approach to tasks.
* Dynamic, flexible and efficient.
* Strong knowledge in dangerous goods (DG) handling and carrier shipping documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Creation of despatch/collection notes for equipment movement.
* Creation of import/export commercial invoices, packing lists and clearance instructions.
