Job description URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START IN ASHBOURNE
LGVC+E Drivers required for ongoing contract.
Nights out and tramping.
The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations using a flatbed lorry.
HIAB licence is preferred, but training will be given.
£17.07 per hour (PAYE) plus holiday pay and weekend overtime availability.
Duties:
- Safely drive a flatbed lorry to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo as required using HIAB
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
Skills:
- Proficient in driving LGVC+E vehicles
- Excellent knowledge of delivery driver protocols and procedures
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driving licence (Category C+E)
-HIAB Licence (ALLMI CARD) PREFERRED
