If you think you have the transferable skills, this could be the role for you.The BenefitsCompetitive salary25 days holiday per calendar year with option to purchase 5 more daysDedicated Learning & Development team to support you and your careerEmployee Assistance Program providing 24 hours support & advice in areas such as health and wellbeing for yourself, your family & friends (up to 5 people in total)Increased Maternity, Paternity & Adoption leave benefits for eligible employeesLife Assurance scheme and pension plan with employer contributions of up to 7%Cycle to Work Scheme, employee retail discount scheme and free eye test vouchersAbout YouPossess an assured and professional telephone mannerStrong planning and organisational skillsExcellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.Effective written and oral communication skillsAbility to work on own initiative, making decisions, managing own workload and time, whilst developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and customersProven experience of working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detailAble to hold suppliers and third parties to account using agreed Service Level Agreements Able to adopt a flexible approach to workExperience of meeting deadlines and dealing with pressure associated with theseSelf-motivated and tenaciousAn effective & collaborative team playerSolution focusedYour RoleAs a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator your role will involve:Liaising with customers regarding fertiliser deliveries and planning daily work to maximise our capacity whilst achieving a high level of service to our customersDeveloping relationships with 3rd party hauliers, agreeing service requirements, volumes and rates, and following up with end of season haulier performance reviewsCoordinating and communicating the availability of fertiliser and seed intake with suppliers / commercial and sales teamsCoordinating drivers of both Frontier and 3rd Party vehicles to provide an effective delivery service, across both our seed and fertiliser product range and regional network of product terminalsWorking with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient planning and execution of the business to meet both customer and supplier requirementsDeveloping industry knowledge, understanding Health & Safety and security procedures to be able to continue to develop logistics solutions for the futureDemonstrating strong customer focus with both internal and external customersManaging incoming customer queries and liaising with commercial and admin teams to achieve a swift resolutionAbout UsFrontier is a successful and growing business.
