As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team.
The Role This is a fully remote, home-based position where all necessary office equipment is provided by Powercargo.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in logistics or freight forwarding and proven experience using CargoWise One software.
Key Responsibilities Managing freight forwarding jobs (sea, air), inputing data, liaising with clients and service providers , providing updates Dealing with UCN's, PIN releases, arranging regular collections and deliveries with hauliers Completing sea, road freight import (and occasionally export) entries using CargoWise software Dealing with HMRC, Port Health, Border Force, and other parties involved Developing new and existing relationships with overseas agents, hauliers, warehousing partners Raising invoices and taking ownership of financial transactions in your own files Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in Freight Forwarding is a must.
Experience completing import / export customs clearances is a must.
Experience and knowledge of using CargoWise is essential.
Strategic mindset with the ability and drive to spot new opportunities and take ownership in moving them forward.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Benefits Salary £28,000 p/a – negotiable depending on the experience .
