Now, we're looking for a Logistics and Trade Compliance Coordinator to help us continue to deliver on our promise and play a critical role in our Logistics Department.

The purpose of the role: The job holder will have responsibility for logistical co-ordination of deliveries from suppliers to Endomag and shipment of products to distributors/customers. This will include comprehensive record keeping, enabling full audit compliance. Co-ordination and tracking of warranty returns and repairs will be an element of the role.
A necessary part of this role will involve supply chain interaction, tracking that deliveries to Endomag match the relevant purchase orders and ensuring that product is released in a timely manner, with full documentation.
Key Responsibilities and duties: Organise shipping of products from suppliers to customers/distributors, including warranty returns and repairs meeting requested delivery dates.
Goods In - taking receipt of deliveries, unpacking and checking the delivery to ensure that the specification and quantity is correct and that the condition of the goods is acceptable.
Ensuring that non-conforming consignments are quarantined and reported to a manager.
Put away inventory items into the correct storage location.
Picking inventory items against internal requisitions.
Packing and dispatch of goods to external destinations.
Comply with department SOPs and other relevant policies and regulations pertaining to the Logistics department.
Matching deliveries with purchase orders and investigating discrepancies.
Controlling on site inventory, creating picking lists, raising invoices within an ERP system.
Controlling finished goods inventory at our 3PL providers.
Controlling recorded inventory with Reps.
Ordering of Warehouse consumables.
Assisting with continuous improvement tasks.
Maintain clear records for traceability and in compliance with ISO 13485.
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care..
This is an HQ based warehouse role with minimal opportunity for home based working Requirements Experience and Knowledge At least 3 years of experience within a Logistics environment Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 preferred.
Experience of working in a customer focused environment Manual Handling Experience required Experience of using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
