Job SpecificationJob Title:             Logistics Co-OrdinatorReports to:         Lead Projects ManagerLocation:            Limavady Job PurposeThe logistics co-ordinator will support the project team in co-ordinating deliveries of our products out of the factory onto our clients' sites.
They will also organise deliveries of bulk materials from suppliers into the factory.
The logistic co-ordinator will maintain accurate records of all deliveries and their loads for cross checking purposes.
The successful candidate will be able prioritise their workload and deal with a demanding schedule and transport planning for multiple customers. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Schedule and co-ordinate deliveries of water treatment products to multiple sites across the UKCollaborate with multiple teams to ensure the smooth running of the delivery scheduleMaintain and update delivery schedule to facilitate changes and communicate to relevant partiesCommunicate with haulage companies and assist drivers with any queriesLiaise with customers and suppliers to organise delivery/collection timesResolve any logistic issues or delays proactivelyPlan efficient routes for multiple deliveriesMaintain records of deliveries leaving the factory including photographic evidence and checklistsArranging collections of materials from the UK into our factorySend materials from our factory to site as and when requiredSupport with customs documentationReview and approve costs associated with deliveries and query where necessaryIdentifying trends and implementing improvements to the delivery process Essential Criteria GCSE English (C or above)GCSE Maths (C or above)Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar roleA full current driving licence and access to a carProficient in MS Applications: Excel, Word, OutlookAbility to work locally in our Limavady Office Personal Specification Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a busy work environment and adapt to changing priorities Desirable CriteriaExperience in a manufacturing/engineering environment                 This is the specification of the job as it is presently constituted.
