As a Logistics Administrator, you will work closely with the Customs Manager and team, providing essential administrative support to meet site and operational requirements.
This is a key role for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate shipping records and assist with monthly MSS checks to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Prepare Bills of Discharge and support the customs & freight teams as needed, offering exceptional service and effective communication.
Ensure a thorough customs audit trail is maintained, supporting smooth and compliant operations.
Actively engage in promoting a culture of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) by upholding company standards and encouraging participation across the team.
