Locum Veterinary Surgeon

As a Locum Veterinary Surgeon, you will work a mix of routine consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures.
You will be part of a shared weekend rota with inpatient on-call duties overnight.

Start Date : November 2024 Ongoing Duration Hours : 8.5-hour shifts (including an hour for lunch) Key Responsibilities : Provide high-quality veterinary care, including consultations, surgeries, and inpatient treatment.
Work independently and confidently in both surgical and medical cases.
Share weekend rota responsibilities, including inpatient care and occasional on-call duties overnight.
Maintain accurate patient records and deliver clear communication with clients.
Working Hours : 8.5-hour shifts with an hour for lunch.
Shifts range between 8 AM 7 PM.
Shared weekend rota with on-call responsibilities for inpatients overnight.
Requirements : MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
Proven experience in consultations, surgery, and inpatient care.
Confidence in managing cases independently, including overnight inpatients.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
