Locum Vet Surgeon

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Vet Surgeon specializing in Small Animal to join our team in Thrapston, Northamptonshire.
This is a locum position starting on the 7th of October 2024 and ending on the 15th of November 2024, with 6 days per week.
The successful candidate will provide top-notch care to our patients in a supportive and well-equipped environment.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality veterinary care to small animals in accordance with the best practices of veterinary medicine.
Diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
Communicating effectively with pet owners, providing them with guidance on preventive care and treatment plans.
Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
Collaborating with veterinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Skills: Veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
Current license to practice as a veterinarian in the UK.
Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills, with experience in small animal care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Shift Patterns: Monday: 09:00 - 19:00 Tuesday: 09:00 - 19:00 Wednesday: 09:00 - 19:00 Thursday: 09:00 - 19:00 Friday: 09:00 - 19:00 Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00 Sunday: - Benefits: Competitive locum rates.
