Locum Sonographer - Cornwall - Head and Neck Hunter Gatherer have a brilliant locum opportunity with a Portsmouth hospital.
The team are looking for a Band 8a Sonographer to join on a fulltime basis and the contract is for a minimum of 6 months!
The post holder will be expected to have a high level of experience in general ultrasound.
The post holder help conduct comprehensive ultrasound examinations and provide accurate reports on this to the team manager.
The role involves training/supervision of junior sonographers and assistant staff; the post holder will be tasked with effective management of daily workflow & ensure confidentiality of patient records. PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must be HCPC registered to apply for this role and have relevant experience with head & neck sonography work.
