Property Solicitor - North East – Locum – Full Time - 6 months - Remote I am currently working with an established council who are looking to bring on a full time Property Solicitor.
This role is for 6 months with possibility of extension and remote.
Job Details: Commercial property and regeneration Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and agreements Researching and problem solving Providing high quality accurate legal advice on a range of legal issues To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following: 3 years PQE+ Local authority experience (2 assignment) LOCAL AUTHORITY + SOLICITOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED This role is offering a competitive rate depending on experience.
