Job overview This is an exciting opportunity to join the Breast Screening Admin Office.
Oxfordshire Breast Screening is responsible for sending invitations to K clients per year.
The office lead will ensure all invitations and results are sent in a timely manner and will lead a team of ensuring all daily tasks are completed.
Main duties of the job Leading the admin office on a daily basis.Training new members of staffEnsuring all results are sentEnsuring all invitations are sentWriting WI under the guidance of the Programme ManagerAnswering more complex queriesLeading the team with calls and emails.
