What you'll do No two days at Comtec are ever the same.
You'll work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering creative, multilingual solutions powered by cutting-edge localisation technology.
A snapshot of your day might include: Coordinating the localisation of an e-commerce website into 20+ languages with a team of global linguists.
Managing subtitling and voiceovers for a client's social media campaign.
Overseeing the translation of a global e-learning programme, complete with graphics and multimedia elements.
Your core responsibilities will include: Understanding client needs and offering bespoke, tech-enabled localisation solutions.
Managing end-to-end projects, from scoping requirements to delivering high-quality results.
Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for ongoing collaboration.
Mentoring and supporting the growth of junior team members.
Driving innovation by improving workflows and adopting the latest translation technology.
What you'll need Experience : 3+ years in a client-facing project management role.
Tech skills : Experience in using a range of translation tools Customer focus: Passionate about delivering truly exceptional service and solutions.
You regularly exceed your client's expectations.
Communication : Strong verbal and written skills, adaptable to clients and teams.
Organisation : Master multitasker with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
Personality : Upbeat, resourceful, curious, proactive, and always eager to learn.
