About the Role : As part of the Loan Operations team, you will be responsible for boarding, servicing, and processing a full range of loan products, including term loans, revolving lines of credit, receivables financing, and more.
You will work closely with our front office stakeholders and report to the Senior Loan Operations Manager.
This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team managing the lifecycle events of Agency and bi-lateral loan transactions.
Key Responsibilities : Manage Agency and bi-lateral loan transactions, ensuring all lifecycle events are completed accurately and efficiently.
Record and maintain new loan account details in relevant bank systems, referring to documented credit decisions and client instructions.
Implement client account instructions, including loan drawdowns, repayments, settlements, and the application of fees and charges.
Ensure all loan servicing activities are carried out in the best interest of both the client and the bank.
Requirements : Strong understanding of LMA and LSTA style Loan documentation.
Loan IQ experience is essential.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial approach with the flexibility to work in a team-driven environment.
High energy and initiative, with the ability to weigh options and make decisions effectively.
Where You'll Be Based : Our main office is in Finsbury Square, London.
